ADCHEM Soluble Tap Tuff#2

• Is designed specifically for difficult tapping and reaming operations. It consists of highly refined polar lubricants in combination with extreme pressure lubricant additives.
• Will not "spin off" the tool - thus ensuring longer tool life. It is water soluble, therefore, after the difficult tapping or reaming operation is performed, the product will emulsify with your present water soluble coolant and enrich the quality of the coolant rather than be a foreign oil floating on top of your coolant.
• Is not pigmented - it can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Due to its extreme pressure properties and high film strength characteristics it can also be used for drawing and stamping operations.
• Can be cleaned easily in emulsion, alkali, or solvent type cleaners.

ADCHEM Machine & Sump Cleaner

• Is designed basically to clean machines.
• Is a water based product containing special wetting agents and emulsifiers. It has two bacteriacides formulated into it. It also contains special corrosion inhibitors and rust protection agents.
• Is used before a new charge of coolant is made. It is usually diluted with 10 to 20 parts of water. This mixture is circulated through the system for at least 30 minutes. This procedure ensures the killing of bacteria that has been growing inside the machinery. By adopting the above procedure, the life of the coolant charged can be prolonged by preventing the coolant from going rancid.
• Can also be used for exterior cleaning at a higher dilution.
